Testimony Before the Joint Legislative Budget Hearing on Public Protection FY26 Budget

On February 13, 2025, Lawyers For Children along with the Children's Law Center and The Legal Aid Society submitted testimony to advocate for an increase of 10% in funding to address the caseload crisis for groups representing children in Family Court proceedings in order to ensure the highest quality representation and services.
